How can I prepare stuffed shells without putting sauce on them?!

Question: How can I prepare stuffed shells without putting sauce on them!?
The only way I know to make stuffed shells is by baking them!. But I want to make 2 different kinds of shells and use 2 different kinds of sauce, and I don't want to make FOUR batches!. Is there a way I can prepare them without putting sauce on them!? It seems as if I bake without sauce they will dry out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make in two pans!.!.!.

if you have 2 large aluminum roasting pans!.!.!.do it like this, i have done it myself!.!.!.

make your two differnt shells put half of each in each pan!.!.!.BUT put a separation of foil between them!. then you can add each sauce to them!.!.!.

for example!.!.!.!.
1/2 sausage 1/2 cheese shell in each pan!.!.!.!.then top with one sauce then do the same in other pan!. this way you have FOUR batches technically but in only two pans and you can have both the sauces on them so they dont dry out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Can you just split the shells up into two separate baking dishes and bake with your 2 different sauces that way!? I wouldn't recommend baking without sauce, because you're right, they will be dry :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could use a crock pot to cook em and then sauce em individually!.
Mmmmm, stuffed shells :)
Oh excuse me, I'm dieting and you made my mouth water!.
The crock pot should keep them nice and moist!.
