Question: I just made a cookie recipe that uses a significant amount of Peanut Butter, should I store them in the fridge!?

Answers:
Leave them on the counter in a tightly sealed container!. Just like bread, if you put them in the refrigerator, they will dry out!Www@FoodAQ@Com

On the counter is just fine!. Peanut butter doesn't need to be refrigerated!. Plus, many cakes and cookies call for eggs and milk, but they don't need to be in the fridge after they are baked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Since you keep a jar of PB in the pantry, I would think you can keep the cookies on the counter!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Peanut butter doesn't need to be stored in the fridge!. If your cookies are going to be eaten within a few days they'll be fine on the counter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
