Answers:
Do you mean sprouts!?!?!? HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!! No, darling, just cut them off, peel the potatoes and cook them!. If you want, cut some of the potato off under the sprouts, let dry a little and plant them in dirt!. New potatoes!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The spores, or "eyes," don't mean the potatoes are rotten, but you must not eat the eyes and need to cut them out before cooking the potatoes!. also do not eat any part of the potato that looks green, because the green is a toxin not destroyed by cooking!. If the potatoes feel soft or spongy, or if they have turned black under the skins, they may be too old to eat!.Otherwise, just cut off the bad parts before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're totally green, cut them babies up and plant them!. Each one is an individual potato plant!. They'll make you some nice little new potatoes in the spring!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go ahead and get rid of the potatoes!. those spores are sprouts from the eyes of the potatoes!. They are roots!. Just throw them out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They may be fine, you wont really know until you cut into them!. For me once they start growing things I usually throw them out and buy new ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut them of and eat the potatoes!. Your potatoes are placed too warm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go ahead and cut them off and eat the potatoes You will be okWww@FoodAQ@Com
