Answers:
Melt Velveeta and a can or 2 of Rotel in a crockpot for queso, have warm refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, diced onions, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, shredded lettuce, chopped fresh cilantro, ground beef cooked with cumino/ chili powder/ garlic powder/ salt & pepper, sliced flank steak grilled with salt/pepper, lime juice & garlic powder, sliced chicken breasts cooked with salt/pepper & garlic powder!. Serve queso with tortilla chips, serve refried beans and toppings on chalupa shells, crunchy taco shells, flour tortillas, and corn tortillas!. Have salsa verde, roasted salsa, and pico de gallo!.

Make a pot of borracho beans and a pan of arroz (rice)!.
Don't forget the margaritas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Im sure you know what you're going to need to make the party a success!. im just going to toss in little tidbits to help you out!.

first of all i always find homemade chips to be a billion times better than the crap in a bag!. just cut up some corn tortillas into triangles and fry in hot oil until nice and brown!. then they can use that for dipping or for nachos!.

I personally like green olives, jalapenos, tomatoes and avacado, not guacamole!.

set it all up in your kitchen so people can just make their own that leaves you with more time to mingle and have fun at less time playing host!.

also why not make your own salsa!? a bit more work but flavors a crapton better right!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your taco meat from scratch!. also, fry your own taco shells!. Those store bought ones are awful!. Homemade says 'love' to your friends!.

Two meat choices would be nice!.

Suggestions:
Machaca and carnitas for meat

Do make your own hot sauce!. Nothing says 'I really don't care' like opening a jar of some hot sauce made in NYC!.

Add plenty of toppers; cheese, tomato, jalapeno, lettuce, avacado, onion, fnely shredded cabbage, olives (black and green), etc!.

Be creative and you shall have excellent reviews from your friends!. They'll want you to do it all the time!. Oh no!Www@FoodAQ@Com
