Slow Cooker Barbecue Bean Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 cans of kidney beans
* 1 can of navy beans
* 1 bag of frozen lima beans
* 1 can of black beans
* 1 can of whole kernel corn
* 1 clove of minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
* ? cup brown sugar (or brown sugar twin)
* ? cup of ketchup
* ? teaspoon of dry mustard
* ? teaspoon of allspice
* ? teaspoon of onion powder
* Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:

Drain the kidney beans and corn only!. Do not drain the other beans!. Place all ingredients in your Crock pot
and stir!. Cook on low for 4-8 hours!.

Alternate Preparation Methods: You can prepare this delicious recipe for barbecue beans in the oven instead of in your slow cooker!. Simply preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for approximately one hour!.

Recipe Variation:

For a smoky flavor, add in crumbled bacon before cooking!. You can also experiment with adding other types of beans!. For example, I have substituted one of the cans of kidney beans for a can of chickpeas before with success!.

Serving Suggestion:

Barbecue Baked Beans are a great side dish for most meat dishes!. They are delicious with grilled chicken, pork, or beef, which makes them a great recipe option for cookouts!. BBQ beans are delicious with home cooked barbecue!. They are also tasty with baked ham, roast turkey, or deep fried turkey, which makes them a perfect side dish for holiday meals!. This is one of the best barbecue bean recipes you'll ever find, so try it as soon as you get a chanceWww@FoodAQ@Com
