Is the this cookie batter still good?!
I made gingerbread cookie dough on monday afternoon and it called for chilling!. I put in the fridge and now it is thursday night!. Is it still good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

at this point what do you have to lose!? Make them, worse that could happen is the won't puff up and be flat!. They have been refrigerated so the eggs are still good!. Have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com
It should still be fine if you had it well covered!. If the outside seems too dry, form it into a log and re-chill, then just make sliced cookies instead of cut-out cookies!. Slice 1/4" thick and they'll take the same amount of time to bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
