Do you mean something like this: http://lh4!.ggpht!.com/archanagk/R0QCYD9f0!.!.!.

It's called Hari Chutney (not after the guy Hary!) Hari means green and chutney means relish or sauce in Urdu - pronounced as hurry chet-nee!. Tastes real good with samosas and nuggets :-d There are two or three versions of it with minor differences in ingredients!. For the recipe visit:

SAUCE:
# 1/3 cup water
# 1/2 Tbsp!. tamarind paste (available at Indian/Asian stores) OR substitute 1 Tbsp!. lime juice +1/2 tsp!. dark soy sauce
# 3 cloves garlic
# 1 heaping tsp!. brown sugar
# 1 thumb-size piece galangal or ginger, peeled and sliced
# 1 cup fresh coriander leaves and stems
# 2 Tbsp!. fish sauce
# 1/2 red bell pepper, de-seeded and diced
# 1-2 fresh red chilies, minced (de-seeded if you prefer less heat)Www@FoodAQ@Com

it sound more like a chutney not a sauce!.!.!.!.it contains corriander, green chillies,a bit of garlic, salt, very litlle sugar, and a bit of onions along with cumin seed powdered, and a dash of lime!.!.!.just blend all the ingredients it will give u the light texture,,,,,it's serveed cold with anything u eat!.!.!.!.!.u can add some spinach too but not too much!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a hard question, because almost every sauce, salad and condiment is going to satisfy those requirements!. If you can post more detail, I'll check again and see if I can be more helpful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
