I made canned cream of broccolli soup ..?!


Question: I made canned cream of broccolli soup !.!.!?
but its heated, thats all it said to do
and theres like little white lumps in it!?
is that normal lol!?

All that is is the parts of the condensed soup that didn't get broken up and mixed well enough!. That's the best part to me when I have cream of chicken soup!. That's where the "flavor" is, lol!. It's cool!. There's nothing wrong with it because it did that!. And besides, it should be and should have been steaming hot in the pot for at least 3 minutes and if i'm not mistaken, that should kill anything that was in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You won't get sick, don't worry about that - when I make canned cream soups I usually use a wire whisk to get all the little lumps out and it's fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
