Healthy soup in a can?!


Question: Healthy soup in a can!?
What kind of soup that comes in a can or powder (campbells maybe!?) is healthy!? Or something easy to make!. In college I dont have time to cook but find it hard to eat healthy when all I can eat is microwavable foods!. Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Read the label!. Look for low sodium, low fat!. Avoid MSG (monosodium glutamate)!. It's not soup, but beans are almost a perfect food,if you can deal with the gas!. They contain lots of protien and fibre,and can be heated up fast from a can!. Cold cereals are good and fast with soy milk, or low fat milk!.Look for high fibre ,moderate to low sugar brands like Quaker Oat Bran, or Fiber One!. Lean cuisine and healthy choice make complete microwave meals which are low cal and low fat, and are pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my favorite natural and healthy canned soup (since im vegetarian), is progresso's lentil soup!. it's filling and tastes SO good!. hope this helps! also, if you dont want something out of a can, you could always boil pasta and add your favorite sauce!

Healthy choice or progresso make healthy options for soups!. Campbells does as well but not as good!. Lean cuisine and healthy choice also have great frozen dinners!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
