Candied Sweet Potato's

2 cans of sweet potato drained
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
3 cups mini marshmallow

Mix sweet potato's and pine apple, mix in brown sugar and Cinnamon
top with marshmallows and bake at 350 for 30 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sweet potatoes tempura!
You can make homemade tempura batter or buy it off the shelf!.

The key is to use ice cold water for the batter!.

It's nice and crispy on the outside and soft and yummy on the inside!. You don't need a deep fryer and can use a sauce pan if you like!.

bake the potatoes!. let them cool!. cut them in half and scoop out the insides, leaving a shell!. mix the insides with milk and butter, salt and pepper, and spoon it back into the shell!. top with small marshmallows and reheat!. they're delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

boil till soft
roast for half an hour

they a better for you than normal potatoes


you could boil some sweet potatoes and carrots together when they are very very soft drain water and mash together to can then put this on top of a Shepard's pieWww@FoodAQ@Com

I do mine Tempura style and they come out great!. I slice them 1/4" thick and dip in Tempura batter and deepfry 'till golden brown!. Crunchy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
