French Toast Casserole --



INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) loaf Pepperidge Farm? Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into cubes
6 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
confectioners' sugar



DIRECTIONS
Place bread cubes in greased 3-quart shallow baking dish!. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla!. Pour over bread!. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight!. Uncover!.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until golden!. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar!. Serve with maple syrup, if desired!.

Breakfast Casserole -- A great holiday breakfast casserole that may be made the night before, and baked while opening Christmas presents!.



INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package ground pork breakfast sausage
12 eggs
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10!.75 ounce) can milk
1 (4!.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese



DIRECTIONS
Place sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until evenly brown!. Drain, and set aside!.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish!.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and milk!. Stir in the sausage and mushrooms, and pour into the prepared baking dish!. Mix in the frozen potato rounds!.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes!. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Holiday Breakfast Bake

1 package (12 oz) bulk pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
10 eggs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1 can (16!.3 oz) Pillsbury? Grands!? Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits

1!. Heat oven to 375°F!. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray!. In 10-inch skillet, brown sausage, onion and bell peppers; drain well!.
2!. In large bowl, beat eggs!. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture!. Separate dough into 8 biscuits!. Press biscuits into bottom of baking dish!. Pour sausage mixture over biscuit crust!.
3!. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown!. Cool 5 minutes before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Aunt Ruth's Breakfast Casserole

Softened butter or margarine
16 slices bread, crusts removed
1 lb!. shaved deli ham
4 cups (1 lb) shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz!. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained (4!.5 oz!. each)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 t!. dry mustard
3 cups milk
1/2 t!. salt
1/4 t!. pepper
1/4 t!. onion salt
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

Butter one side of each bread slice!. Layer one third of bread, butter side up, in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish!. layer a third each of ham, cheeses and mushrooms; repeat layers twice!. Stir together eggs, mustard, milk, salt and pepper and onion salt!. Pour over mixture in dish!. Cover and chill overnight in refrigerator!. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking!. Sprinkle casserole with corn flake crumbs!. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minuets!. Let cool 10 minutes before serving!. Serves 8 to 10

Sunrise Enchiladas

8 whole green chilies (about 2 (4 oz cans)
8 flour tortillas (7 inch)
2 cups cooked sausage, crumbled or chopped ham or bacon
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 eggs
2 cups light cream
1 t!. flour
1/4 t!. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Tabasco sauce
Avocado slices, optional
Salsa for garnish
sour cream for garnish
Cilantro for garnish

Place opened green chile on one end of tortilla!. Combine meat, green onions, pepper and 1/3 cup plus 3 t!. cheese!. Spoon over green chiles!. Roll up and arrange in greased casserole!. seam side down!. combine eggs, cream, flour, salt, garlic, and Tabasco!. Pour over tortillas!. Cover and refrigerate overnight!. Preheat oven to 350!. Uncover and bake 45 to 50 minutes!. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 3 minutes!. Serve with avocados, salsa, sour cream, and cilantro!. Makes 8 enchiladas!.

Italian Breakfast Casserole

1 lb!. Italian pork sausage
10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c!. milk
2 tsp!. dry oregano
1 tsp!. salt
6 c!. cubed bread
2 c!. (8 oz!.) shredded Italian cheese blend
1/2 tsp!. black pepper
1/2 c!. thin-sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees!. In large skillet, cook sausage over
medium-high heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked and no
longer pink; drain and set aside!. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs,
milk, oregano and salt; stir well!. Distribute half of the bread cubes
evenly in a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish!. Sprinkle with half
the pepper, half the cheese, half the sausage and half the onions!.
Repeat layering using remaining bread, pepper, cheese, sausage and
onions!. Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole!. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until eggs are set!. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly!.
Note: Casserole may be assembled ahead and refrigerated up to 12 hours before baking!.


Honeymooners Breakfast Casserole

1 1/2 cups hashed brown potatoes, refrigerated or frozen, loose pack
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
1/2 cup bell pepper, green and red
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup onion
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup light cream, or half and half


Thaw potatoes, if frozen!. Then press the potatoes between paper
towels to remove excess moisture!.

Grease two 8-ounce casserole dishes!. Arrange potatoes evenly in the
bottoms of the dishes!. Bake uncovered in a 400° F!. oven for 20
minutes!. Remove casseroles from oven and let stand about 10 minutes
to cool slightly!. Reduce oven temperature to 350° F!. Saute onions and
peppers!. On top of the potatoes in the casseroles, layer Monterey
Jack cheese, sauteed onions and peppers, and Swiss cheese!.

In small mixing bowl, combine the eggs and light cream or half-and-
half!. Pour egg mixture over potato and cheese mixture in casseroles!.
Bake uncovered in the 350° oven about 25 minutes, or until the
centers appear set!. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving!. Makes 2

1 1/2 lbs!. sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk
1 1/2 T!. dry mustard
1 T!. salt
3 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble, drain well and let cool!. Combine sausage with all other ingredients!. Mix well!. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan!. Cover and refrigerate overnight!. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my recipe is this!.!.!.adjust accordingly to how many ppl you are cookign for!.!.this feeds 4 ppl

all ingredients are as you like em!.!.!.add or omit whatever you want!.!.!.

i fry up pound of bacon and drain well, to limp/crispness then break it up into bits

cook up one box of sausage links cut up into pieces

small ham steak fry up and cut up into pieces

1-2 sliced jalapenos

1 can seasoned diced tomatoes drained

2 teaspoon black pepper

8 oz shredded cheese ( your choice--i use cheddar)

8 eggs!.!.!.

Mix ALL ingredients in large bowl and pour into oven safe dish!.!.!.!.bake at 350 for 40 minutes or till eggs are set!.!.!.( test with fork)

in the morning you can top with more cheese and put layer of crossants on top!.!.!.leaving them flat!.!.!.

bake 20 minutes till they are golden and cooked!.!.!.

you now have a nice meaty/cheesy egg baked casserole!.!.!.potpie !.!.!.
