Question: I have a recipe that needs icing sugar!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.can I use caster sugar and whizz it in the food processor until it is a finer consistency!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you leave it in the food processor long enough you will end up with powder sugar!. But it is cheap to buy right now for the holidays!.

you could try, but it wont be the same consistency!. i guess it depends what you are going to make!. some things just wont take granules of any size,Www@FoodAQ@Com

go down your local super market and buy a packet of icing sugar its not expensive, less then a quid a packetWww@FoodAQ@Com
