I'd slice the cooked roast really thin, warm it up, and use it in fajitas!.
Another options!. Cut the meat into bite size chunks!. Dredge in flour and brown in a skillet!. Then throw it in the crock pot with some onions, carrots, celery, peas, and corn and make beef stew!.
Slice the meat thin and throw it into the crockpot with some BQ sauce, sliced onion and bell pepper!. If you want a little head add some cayenne pepper or hot sauce!. Serve on buns with cole slaw and potato chips on the side!.
You could also slice meat thin and put it in the crock pot until it's tender enough to shred with a fork!. Make tacos or burritos!.
My favorite way to cook a blade roast is to season the meat with salt and pepper!. Brown it in a hot skillet!. Transfer it to a baking pan!.
Deglaze the skillet with some red wine (about 1/2 cup or so)!. Get up all the little bits of meat (flavor)!. Pour it over the roast!. Cover or seall the baking pan with foil!. Add a cup or so of water and a couple of galic cloves!. Put it in the oven at 325 degrees until the meat reaches the desired tenderness!. Expect two to 3!.5 hours depending on the size of your roast!. Yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
