Answers:
eggnog french toast and an egg ham & cheese bake!.
For the french toast, you just cut up some bread and fit it (pack it in a little!) in a casserole dish (I'm using an 8" square glass dish, it's the only one I don't need for dinner!!) then just pour eggnog the kind in the carton in the dairy section at the supermarket) over the bread!. (Add some milk mixed with a beaten egg if there's not enough to just cover all your bread!.) Sprinkle the whole thing with nutmeg and bake it at 350°F until set!.
For the eggs, I just chop up some ham, and some green onions, put them in a pie plate, sprinkle grated cheese over the top, then beat 3 eggs with about 2 tablespoons of cream and pour that over the ham & cheese!. (It's like a quiche but with no crust)
Bake this at the same time as the french toast, it should take about the same time!.
Both of these you could mix up the night before, then either take them with you & cook there, or pop them in the oven before you leave, undercook them slightly, and then give them another 15 minutes in the oven when you get there to finish cooking and warm them up!.
