here's a couple easy desserts
No Bake Cheesecake
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 cup sugar
mix well and press in bottom of glass bake pan
2 8oz bars cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large tub whip cream
mix cheese and sugar until fluffy add in whip cream!. Spread on top of crust!. top with 2 cans of your favorite pie filling!. Chill a couple hours!. This holds up well out of frig!. {I use strawberry, black cherry or blueberry}
Gooey Butter Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
mix well, then press in bottom of glass bake pan!.
2 8z bars cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 egg
mix well and pour over batter, bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and sides of cake pull away from pan!.
This is yummy warm or cooled
You can use chocolate cake mix instead of yellow for a whole different taste!.
Caramel Apple Salad
6 large yellow delicious apples
4 king size Snickers bars
1 cup Miracle whip

Get some WonTon Wraps from your local grocery store!. They usually hang in the produce isle near the Tofu!. They come 60 to a package!.
I can make about 48-50 of these with two pounds of ground beef!.
Brown your ground beef ( 1-2 pounds) with chopped sweet onion (large or small)!. Drain and add the dry Ranch Dressing mix (1 pkg!. for 1 lb!. 2 for 2 lbs!.)!. Stir in well!.
While your meat is cooking take the Wonton Wraps and place them individually in a muffin tin to bake and form a small bowl!. Transfer them to a cookie sheet after you finish baking them!.
Fill the bottom of each cup with grated cheese!. Spoon in your meat mixture to each bowl and top grated cheddar cheese!. Place them back in the oven to melt the cheese slightly!.
Toppings can range from sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, corn, chopped green onions and salsa of course!.
They are fun to make and more fun to eat!. And believe me they will disappear so don't think you can make to many!
Parmesan Appetizer Puffs
Parmesan puff recipe with chopped mushrooms, olives, and green onions, along with Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and pastry ingredients!.
* 1 1/2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup margarine
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
* 2 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
* 2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
Mix flour and salt; cut margarine in until mixture begins to form a ball!. Blend in sour cream!. Divide dough into 4 parts!. Wrap each part and chill several hours!. Heat oven to 350 degrees!.
On floured board, roll each section into a 12 x 6-inch rectangle!. Sprinkle one-half each rectangle with either cheese, onion, mushrooms or olives!. Fold dough over to make a 6-inch sqare!. Cut the 6-inch square into 2-inch squares, pressing edges!. Continue until all dough is prepared!.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes!. May be prepared in advance and refrigerated, then baked for 30 minutes!. Makes 36 appetizers!.

Combine first cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, chopped onion, pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until well blended!. Shape mixture into a ball and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans!. Chill for about 2 hours!. Serve with assorted crackers!.
Makes one cheese ball, about 5 inches in diameter!.

* 3 tablespoons chopped onion
* 10 water chestnuts
* 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon dry sherry
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside!. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts, put through food grinder with onion, water chestnuts, and drained mushrooms!. Stir in cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry; fold in beaten egg whites!. Shape chicken mixture into small balls and fry in deep hot (about 360° to 375°) fat!. Drain and serve with toothpicks and dip, if desired!. Makes about 48 appetizer balls!.
Sausage Cheese Balls
1!. 2 pkgs!. (16 oz!. each) Regular Flavor Pork Sausage
2!. 1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
3!. 16 oz!. (4 cups) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4!. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
5!. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
6!. 2 teaspoons black pepper
7!. 2 teaspoons minced garlic (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 F!. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; stir well!. Form into 1” balls!. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown!. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes before removing from pan!. Serve with cocktail forks or toothpicks!.
May be prepared ahead and frozen uncooked!. To bake from frozen: thaw on baking sheet 15 minutes; bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes or until golden brown!. Variation: for firmer texture, add 3 cups baking mix and 2 cups shredded cheese to the ingredients listed above!.

2 cups seasoned Bread crumbs
1 cup Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
3 Tablespoons Water
1 jar Premade Alfredo Sauce
Combine eggs and water!. Dip ravioli into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs!. Heat oil in large skillet and fry ravioli until golden brown!. Place on papertowel to remove excess grease!. Heat alfredo sauce on stove or in microwave!. Place in bowl to serve!. Arrange ravioli on dish around alfredo sauce!.

1 c!. butter (2 sticks), softened
1 tsp!. vanilla extract
1 c!. confectioners' sugar
1 3/4 c!. all-purpose flour
1 c!. pecans, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 275°F!.
In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat butter, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula!. Reduce speed to low; gradually beat in flour just until blended, occasionally scraping bowl!. With spoon, stir in pecans!.
With floured hands, shape dough by level measuring tablespoons into about 2" by 1/2" crescents!. Place crescents, 2 inches apart, on 2 ungreased large cookie sheets!.
Place cookie sheets on 2 oven racks!. Bake about 45 minutes or until edges are lightly browned, rotating cookie sheets between upper and lower racks halfway through cooking!. With metal spatula, transfer cookies to wire racks set over waxed paper!. Immediately sprinkle remaining confectioners' sugar through sieve over cookies to coat well!.
