Peanut butter filling suggestions?!

Question: Peanut butter filling suggestions!?
Hi,

I'm making chocolate dipped pretzel rods and wanted to put a peanut butter filling in the inside!. I need it to be liquid enough to go onto the pretzel easily but then harden up a bit so that I can then put the warm chocolate over it!.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what a should use for the peanut butter filling!?

Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar
1 16 oz jar creamy peanut butter
1 cup butter, softened

Mix well, then zap in micro till almost melted, pipe into the pretzels!. After filling, cool in the fridge before dipping in chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could also buy peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets and then dip them in melted chocolate!.!.!.!.!.!.That would be a HECK of a lot easier, and still be "homemade"!.!.!.!.!.
