What can I do if sugar was mixed in to cookie mix before being creamed with butter?!


Question: What can I do if sugar was mixed in to cookie mix before being creamed with butter!?
The sugar got sifted with the flour and other dry ingredients instead of being held out to cream with the butter!!!! Am I screwed or is there a fix!? Gotta love kids helping!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should be fine!. Butter creams easier when mixed with sugar, I think!.

It'll be an experiment to see the results!. Who knows, maybe they created you a short cut!.

It will still work!.!. just maybe be a little runny when it gets hot!.!. will do that anyway!.!. just be runny and a little cruchey!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as the butter is softened you won't have a problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
