Raspberry Walnut Brie
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray!.
Lay the puff pastry onto the prepared baking sheet!. Center the Brie wheel onto the pastry!. Spread the jam evenly over the top of the Brie!. Sprinkle the walnuts atop the jam!. Fold the puff pastry over the top of the Brie, sealing all openings!.
Bake in preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown, about 20 minutes

**Honey Brie Spread**
INGREDIENTS
1 (14 ounce) round Brie cheese
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 1/2 cups honey
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!. Unwrap the wheel of Brie, and crescent rolls!.
Unroll the crescent roll dough, and wrap around the Brie!. Press seams together to seal in the cheese!. Place in a 9x9 inch baking dish!. Sprinkle pecan halves over the top, and drizzle honey over the whole thing!.
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown and cheese is soft!. Serve with apple slices or cornbread crackers!.
**Hot Bruschetta Dip**
INGREDIENTS
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) wheel Brie cheese
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix roma (plum) tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, parsley and olive oil!. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour!.
Remove top layer of rind from brie!. Place brie in a small microwave safe serving dish!. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until the cheese begins to soften!. Spoon roma tomato mixture over the cheese!. Microwave on high 1 minute, or until slightly melted!. Serve immediately with Paris toasts or other dried breadsWww@FoodAQ@Com

2 Tablespoons + 1 ? teaspoons coarsely chopped walnuts
3 Tablespoons apricot preserves
Assorted crackers
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.
Cut Brie in half, horizontally!.
Combine blue cheese crumbles & walnuts in small bowl!.
Spread half of preserves on cut side of one half of Brie!. Sprinkle with half of cheese/walnut mixture!.
Place remaining half of Brie on top!. Spread with remaining preserves!.
Wrap 3 inch high strip of foil tightly around Brie & secure with tape!. Place in 8 inch baking dish!. Arrange remaining cheese/walnut mixture over half of Brie to form a crescent moon shape!.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese softens & begins to melt!. Serve immediately with crackers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
