These are easy-to-bring, grab and go lunch for school!. Not just tasty, but also healthy!. Just put them in a tupperware, and bravo!. :>
SANDWICHES - sandwiches would do!. :) and i would prefer you to use wheat bread, they're surely very healthy but the spread would be tasty!
- Onion roll, mayonnaise/mustard, chicken strips or turkey, cheddar cheese (sliced or grated), avocado
- Wheat bread, grated cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon
PASTA > this would also be yummy, but healthy!.
- Spiral noodles, spinach, tomato, feta cheese
- Noodles in cream sauce, vegetables, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese
- Cold spaghetti with mozzarella cheese
SOUP > bring a thermos to keep these hot, of course, everyone know soups are very healthy for the stomach!.
- Tomato soup, lentil soup, chicken noodle soup!.!.!. serve with bread!. ;)

Pickling cucumbers
Plum tomatoes
Yellow peppers
Tuna salad
Carrot or celery sticks
Lettuce
Cheese (optional)
