What is the best type of stock to use in Minestrone soup?!


Question: What is the best type of stock to use in Minestrone soup!?
I have beef, chicken and vegetable stocks, all lower sodium!. Which type is the most traditional!? Which one tastes the best!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
