You have a couple options!.!.!. I used to work at a coffee shop where we made smoothies, and one of the key things I was taught was not to mix apple juice with dairy, or apple with citrus!.

You also have to keep in mind that anything in a blender will leave pulp - it wont be like going to a nice juice shop (they use a juicer, not a blender, to extract the juice from celery and carrots)!. I think stringy celery would be pretty nasty in a drink, so you're better off eating it than adding to a smoothie!.

I would do one of the following:
1!. peach, fruit yogurt and a little milk (keep adding it to the drink until it seems the right consistency)
2!. Orange, pineapple, yogurt, peach (I'm not totally sure about the orange and dairy combination, although it works for Orange Julius)
3!. Apple and grape (peel both first unless you want chunks of skin in your drink)

If you really want to go crazy, take number one and add peanut butter and granola!. I had something like that at Jamba Juice not long ago and it was actually pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i part celeray, two part apple, a oinch a sugar, asprinke a ginger,, 2 teespons a yogurt, half a peach, an ounce of barcardi rum!.!.and three eggwhites, a pinch of cinnamon, und a dash of cloves!.!.!.

blend it on high, with planty a ice!

it'll be constant comment that whole evening, i promise
