Answers:
Throw it in warm pasta with whatever else you like to make a creamy sauce!. Fast and tasty!.

For desserts, you can mix it up with some brown sugar and serve it with berries and pound cake (like little dessert bruschettas), make tirimisu, or if you're feeling fancy - pipe it into cupcakes to make your own Hostess-like desserts!. (I know you said no baking, though, box cake mix is really easy!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ok, it is baking!. But it doesn't involve the oven or an electric mixer! And the whole thing shouldn't take more than 10 minutes!

Easy Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8oz mascarpone cheese
24 ladyfingers
1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar and vanilla with whisk until smooth and light yellow!.

Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture!. Set aside!.

Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange 12 of them in the bottom of an 8x8 inch dish!.

Spread half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers!.

Repeat with remaining cookies and mascarpone!. Cover and chill 1 hour!.

Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just put it into a bowl on a plate and serve it with a cracker assortment, cocktail bread and some strawberries, cantaloupe and grapes for a nice light lunch!.!.!.it is a nice cheese to go with these food items

If you had time you can stuff dates with mascarpone cheese and it is o so delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can mix it with some cinnamon and brown sugar!.!.!.maybe a little bit of nutmeg if you're feeling frisky, and spread it on graham crackers!.!.!.it's really good!. the same can be done with leftover ricotta tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
