Okay as far as the sodium part!.
Only buy the Tyson breasts!. Look at the bottom on the nutrition info!. Some bonless skinless breasts are 180 mg of sodium per 4 oz portion, and some go clear down to 40 mg per 4 oz!. The package doesn;t look any different you just have to look when you buy it!.
Melt some no-salt butter in a pan, add some chopped garlic, and fresh lemon juice!. Drizzle over the breasts and bake at 350 for about 45 min or so!.
Look for Sue Bee b-b-q sauce!. It is lower sodium and pretty tasty, marinate the chicken in the b-b-q for around an hour or more then bake or grill if you have the weather for it!. Then add wigth a little more b-b-q sauce to serve!.
Marinate the chicken in zesty italian dressing and bake, pan fry, or b-b-q for juicy yummy chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This particular recipe is VERY TASTY and VERY EASY, but not all that healthy!.!.!.
Boneless Skinless Breasts
1 Jar favorite Spaghetti sauce
Shredded cheese (I usually use Jack)
Brown breasts in skillet using a small amout of olive oil!. They don't need to be "too done" because you're going to bake them afterwards!. I usually sprinkle a little seasoning on them as they are browning over a low to medium flame!. Typically for about 10 to 15 minutes!.
Put the breasts in a 9x13 glass cassarole container and pour the spaghetti sauce over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese (you can also add mushrooms, diced onions or whatever else your family enjoys) and then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees!.
Another good thing that I sometimes do with boneless skinless breasts is to put them in a glass cassarole, sprinkle with some lemon pepper and a garlic salt, and garnish tops with thin slices of lemon!. Then add about 1/4 cup of water with some lemon juice into the cassarole container and bake at 325 for about 40 minutes (or until chicken is done)!.!.!.this is easy and the breasts are usually very tender, moist and have a nice lemon-y zest to them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Butterfly the chicken breasts and lightly season them with a teeny bit of salt, some pepper, and garlic and onion powder (hardly any!. Just enough to give it a little flavor) and bake it at 375 degrees long enough for it to be cooked (don't overcook it because it'll be really dry)!. You'll know it's done when you cut into it that you see NO pink and that the juices run clear (this is imperative, otherwise they could get sick if there are germs in the chicken)!. Then make a bunch of tasty vegetables with it (mmm :D I like zucchini a lot) and serve!
If you want, you can make a nice dipping sauce for it too!. Something light would work nicely, like an unsalted compound butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your toddler will like strips best (like chicken nuggets); so cut the breasts into strips!. Then wash them and dip in a lightly beaten egg; toss into a plastic bag with seasoned bread crumbs and some herbs, salt & pepper (or Mrs!. Dash)!. Shake the bag up and take out the chicken strips!. Put on a foil-lined baking pan (spray with Pam) and bake at 375 for about 30-45 min; turning over a few timesWww@FoodAQ@Com
