Instructions
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
* orange jello
* vanilla pudding (not instant)
* tapioca pudding
* water
* mandarin oranges
* crushed pineapple with juice
* whip cream
Step1
Gather all your goodies to start your salad you will need:
1 pkg orange jell-o
1 pkg vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 pkg tapioca pudding
3 cups very hot water (boiling)
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping
Step2
Boil first 3 ingredients and pineapple juice until thick then set aside and let cool completely

: Spinach Salad
8 ounces young spinach
2 large eggs
8 pieces thick-sliced bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Ingredients Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 large white mushrooms, sliced
3 ounces red onion (1 small), very thinly sliced
Directions
Remove the stems from the spinach and wash, drain and pat dry thoroughly!. Place into a large mixing bowl and set aside!.
Place the eggs into an electric kettle and cover with cold water by at least 1-inch!. Turn the kettle on!. Once the water comes to a boil, the kettle will turn itself off!. Leave the eggs in the water for 15 minutes!. Remove and peel off the shell!. Slice each egg into 8 pieces and set aside!.
While the eggs are cooking, fry the bacon and remove to a paper towel to drain, reserving 3 tablespoons of the rendered fat!. Crumble the bacon and set aside!.
Transfer the fat to a small saucepan set over low heat and whisk in the red wine vinegar, sugar and Dijon mustard!. Season with a small pinch each of kosher salt and black pepper!.
Add the mushrooms and the sliced onion to the spinach and toss!. Add the dressing and bacon and toss to combine!. Divide the spinach between 4 plates or bowls and evenly divide the egg among them!. Season with pepper, as desired!. Serve immediately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

TACO SALAD

1 envelope taco seasoning
1 10 oz!. can kidney beans
1 c!. grape tomatoes, halved
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 24 oz pkg!. shredded cheddar cheese
1 24 oz bag nacho cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
1 16 oz!. bottle Italian salad dressing
Brown ground beeef and add taco seasoning!. Simmer according to directions!. Place in large bowl and refrigerate until cool!. Add beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and Doritos!. Mix well!.
Cover with salad dressing!. Mix again!. Serve almost immediately!.

2 diced fresh tomatoes
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup corn chips
Catalina salad dressing
tortilla bowls (
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, add taco seasoning mix and prepare as directed on package!. Set aside!.
In a large salad bowl combine: cut lettuce, sliced scallions, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, seasoned ground beef, corn chips, and salad dressing!.
Toss gently and serve immediately in tortilla bowls

My family really enjoys this salad with any good leaf lettuce or bibb or romaine!.

2 T!. white wine vinegar
2 T!. sugar
1/4 tsp!. almond extract
Torn Greens - leaf or bibb lettuce, spinach, etc!.
2-3 medium oranges - remove rind and slice or chunk
(or use mandarin oranges)
1 cup celery - sliced
2 T!. onions or chives - sliced
1/3 cup toasted almonds
Mix dressing together!. (I just shake it all in a jar with tight lid!.) Wash greens and arrange on individual serving dishes!. Top with the other items, then add with dressing!. Or toss together in one bowl and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 cups Miracle Whip (I use the Lite)
2 teaspoons sugar (You can use Equal or Sweet and Low)
1 (4 ounce) jar Bacos bacon bits (you can also use crumbled leftover bacon)
2 cups cheese, shredded
Directions
1Layer all of the above vegetables in order, evenly!.

one cup rings thin of an onion your choice (I recommend sweet Vidalia)!.
two cups of plum tomato 1 inch wedges
six cups of Frisse lettuce
one half cup white or golden raisins
two cups chopped button mushrooms
one tbsp!. nori seaweed bits
Toss and serve - serves four one cup
As vinaigrette: one fourth cup olive oil and one tbsp!. lemon juice, one tbsp!. orange juice, two tsp!. white pepper, two tsp!. red chilie flakes and two cups water!. Let steep 24 hrs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
