Why do I crave sugar?!
I'm a 16 year old American girl, I LOVE all kinds of sweets, but sometimes I'll just CRAVE it, like tonight when I was desperately raiding my fridge in search of anything sweet to eat!. I ended up eating a bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch and then blueberries!. Earlier today I had tapioca pudding, granola bar, mini-Quaker oats cinamon thing, gum!.!.!.!.!.!.!.That's not all I ate just the sweet stuff I ate!.

Basically, sugar makes your energy go up quickly, then crash in a short while!.
And when your energy level goes down, your body starts craving food - in this case, sugar, since it knows sugar gives a quick energy spike!.
What you need to do is replace the sugar with food that give you energy that burns slower!.

the more you eat sugar, the more you'll crave it!. try to cut it out completely for a week or two and see how you feel!. (don't cut out natural sugars from fresh fruit)Www@FoodAQ@Com
