I tried making salsa, the one i saw on TV
they said to smush up the tomatoes, and then add salt pepper, and things like that!.
I tried but it didn't turn out good!.

Answers:
I would NEVER cook my salsa!. I like fresh ingredients; just pulsed in my food processor!. I've won several salsa contests with this:

FRESH SALSA

1 bunch washed cilantro
2 bell peppers (seeded)
1 white onion
3-4 vine-ripe tomatoes (or 4-5 Roma - can substitute tomatillos for a green salsa)
1 TB minced or crushed garlic
1-4 hot peppers, seeded (jalapeno, serrano, Anaheim, poblano)
1 TB olive oil
1 TB white vinegar
salt & pepper
Finely chop cilantro in food processor!. Coarsely chop the veggies in food processor (use Pulse)!. Add everything together and mix well - chill!.!.!.!.!.!.!.The hotness will be determined on how many hot peppers you use, and what typeWww@FoodAQ@Com
