skip the foil!. That shiny surface deflects heat away!. those black cookie sheets work best as they absorb heat!. oil your sheet tray lightly and make sure your oven is plenty hot!. The instructions for baking them is actually on the bag!. About half way throuhg the baking time, turn them or just give the pan a quick shake and that will cause the tots to roll over!. I do them in the oven all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Follow the directions on the bag!. The most important thing is the oven temperature!. If you don't let the oven preheat long enough, the outside won't get crispy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't fry your tots! Instead, add some olive oil to pan and place tots on it!. Stir to coat and bake until crisped!. Don't cover with foil and make sure you turn them over once during baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just put them in a bowl with a little oil and toss them around to get them coated, then put them on the foil lined pan and bake,, that should crisp them up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
the olive oil isn't necessary!. just use high heat and stir them a few times during baking so they cook evenly and arent crispy on the bottom and soggy on topWww@FoodAQ@Com
You have to turn them more to get them crispy on all sides!. Might also need to cook them a little longer until they are crispy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't add more fat to your tater tots!.!.!.!.!.!.!.just put them under the broiler in your oven for about 30 seconds , turn them over and broil another 30 secWww@FoodAQ@Com
No oil needed, just turn on the broiler when they are done and crisp them up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
put the olive oil on the foil lines pan and increase heat a little!.!.!.that should make them crispy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
put it it the oven and turn them once in a whileWww@FoodAQ@Com
