meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1cup quick oats
1 TBLspn Lauaritz seasoning
1 can tomatoes and chillis
1 egg
mix all together with hands, put in a 9x9 or 8x8 pan and pat it down so its all level and to edges!. Bake at 350degrees for 55mins, take out after 55mins and cover it with colby jack cheese and bake for 5 mins!.
I say you can experiment with meat loaf because you can put different things in it, you could make an italian one, mushrooms, olives, then italian cheese on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your best bet is to go to thrift stores or yard sales+ search for cheap cookbooks w/lots of color pictures in them!. You will then at least be able to see what the items should look like + the taste will fall to you as you train yourself!. Do NOT get a job at a fast food place as this will ruin you right off the bat!. You may go in as an apprentice to a good cook or chef explaining your desire, most times they will listen to you due to their love of the food arts!.

chicken is good, you can do all sorts of variations, pounding it to make it tender and flatter, coating it with bread crumbs, or crushed pretzels, coconut and parmesan, etc!. and baking it!. a good one to is chicken marsala!. pound the chicken, coat in egg, then flour and salt and pepper!. saute mushrooms in butter, then add marsala cooking wine to the mix and saute for a minute or two!. then add the chicken and cook in the wine and butter until both sides are lightly browned!. you will impress alot of people with this one!. serve with penne, and coat the pasta with the left over sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
