Can you cook frozen chicken? boneless?!


Question: Can you cook frozen chicken!? boneless!?
I forgot to take it out to thaw!. But when I put it in microwave or under water to de-thaw the chicken gets white parts im assuming its from it cooking a little!.is that ok!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always use frozen, boneless skinless chicken beast!. I saute them as well as bake them!. I do thaw them to bread for frying!. Just make sure they are cooked all the way through when you do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thats actually the fatty parts coming off the chicken!. There is nothing wrong with that!. Make sure you brown your chicken before you bake it in the oven or it will come out gooeyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I have done those quick thaw ways also when I have forgotten to leave it out and my dishes have turned out fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
