This recipe is easy and tasty!!

Chicken Fried Rice*

1 cup cooked and diced chicken
1 T soy sauce
1 cup rice
1/4 cup oil
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup celery sliced thinly
2 eggs beaten slightly
1 cup finely shredded lettuce

Combine chicken and soy sauce and let stand 15 minutes!. Cook rice in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown (may smoke) stirring frequently!. Reduce heat and add chicken and broth to rice simmering covered for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender!. Remove cover last few minutes to allow evaporation!. Stir in celery!. Push rice mixture aside!. Add eggs and cook until almost set then blend into rice!. Stir in lettuce and eat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

BBQ Party Wings
Ingredients:
? 2 pounds Chicken Wings (folded)
? 1 Bottle Demon Pig BBQ Sauce
? Demon Pig BBQ Rub
? Spray Margarine


Directions:
Rinse and dry wings, folding and locking tip!. Spray wings with pump spray margarine and coat with Demon Pig BBQ Rub!. Bake on sheet pan 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven!. Remove to crock pot or covered baking dish!. Coat with Demon Pig BBQ Sauce and cook for one hour on high!. Reduce to low, stir and serve!. To finish in conventional oven - bake at 350 degrees, when covered and sauced!. Reduce heat to 250 to finish!.

place chicken beasts (boneless, skinless) in a casserole dish!. cover with salsa (you choose how hot)!. sprinkle with shredded cheese!. bake until chicken is cooked through!. this also works really well for fishes like cod or tilapia!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
