soy beans!. I've never used them in a recipe!. We either just shell & eat the ones in the shell !.!.!. or I steam shelled edaname and just put butter & salt on them!. They taste a little bit like lima beans, but have more flavor and are healthier for youWww@FoodAQ@Com
