You can make rice and teriyaki chicken!. Just boil the rice (it takes about 10 minutes after the water boils to get good rice!.) While the rice water is boiling, cut up boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite size pieces!. Add the rice to the water, cover and take off the heat!. While the rice is sitting, cook the chicken!. In a lightly greased (olive oil or sesame oil) frying pan, add the chicken and whatever spices you like (I use garlic, salt and pepper)!. When the chicken is cooked all the way, take off the heat and add a teriyaki glaze!. If you want to use veggies, add these when the chicken is almost done, then the glaze!. You can buy this by the bottle at grocery stores!. Just make sure to get the glaze/baste kind, it's the taste you'll want!.
Put the rice in bowls, then add the chicken on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
