Boil up some spaghetti and place it in a dish!. Slice a chicken breast into goujons (thin strips) and fry in your saucepan with a little olive oil until cooked and place them on top of the spaghetti and cover them with foil to keep warm!. Chop a small onion and stir fry it until it is soft, add half a teaspoon of garlic, salt and pepper to taste, a chicken stock cube and a small tin of chopped tomatoes and heat through until the stock cube has dissolved!. Pour this over the chicken and spaghetti and serve with a crisp green salad!. This will serve two people!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay, What you need to do, is find a way to seal your skillet, (think jiffy pop pop corn) Go ahead and put in your roast season really well add some beef stock or broth to the skillet and your vegetables!. Take some foil is what I would do and seal as tight as possible!. Bake at about 300 for 2-3 hours

edit time depends on how big your roast isWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well you say you have a couple of casserole dishes, so buy a suitable joint for a pot roast such as topside or silverside beef, pop it in one of the casserole dishes with onions, potatoes, garlic!. carrots etc whatever veg you have/want, add a bit of water (about an inch or so), salt n pepper and a stock cube and cook very slow on a low heat in the oven for a few hours and hey presto you have yourself a pot roast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
