Put cold eggs into cold water in a large saucepan!.
Turn up the heat and let the pan of water come to a boil!.
When the water starts to boil, turn off the heat and take the pan off of the burner!.

Let the eggs sit in the pan, in the hot water, for 20 minutes!.
After 20 minutes, pour out the hot water and run run cold water over the eggs for 5 minutes or so to cool them off!.

You may want to poke a tiny hole into the large end of the egg to help relieve the pressure inside the egg so it doesn't crack!. I use a thumb tack/push pin to do that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
