INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

2 slices whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon peanut butter, or to taste
1 small apple - peeled, cored and shredded

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread!. Place shredded apple onto the peanut butter, and place the other peanut buttered side of bread on top!. Serve immediatelyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Spread both slices ofyour bread with a thin layer of mayonnaise!. Top the first slice with shredded Mexican 4-cheese and top that with the second slice of bread!. Place on a paper towel and zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds - turn and 10 seconds more - until the cheese melts!. Very good!. I personally like to grill it in a pan but for a child, the microwave is safer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My 3-year-old loves PB&J, of course!
