I've adopted PETA's new terminology for fish, and I'm in the mood for some - what's your favorite recipe for cooking the animal formerly known as fish!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a recipe for fried flounder fillet:

2 lbs!. of flounder, fresh or unfrozen
salt and pepper (optional)
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp!.butter

Cut flounder into pieces, salt and pepper both sides and dunk in milk and egg mix!.
Roll in the bread crumbs!.
Put flounder in hot (greased) frying pan!.
When fish is golden, brown on bottom, flip and do other side!.
Frying for about 10 minutes!.
Serve immediately!. YUM!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite is tilapia baked with some oilive oil, lemon pepper, and salt!. Top it with some fresh dill and fresh lemon juice and serve it with some steamed veggies and white rice, and it's perfect!.

Now the real question is, do you have a recipe for some delicious land-fish (kittens)!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salmon w/lemon and pepper!.!.!.just take it, slather w/a bit of olive oil and black pepper!.!.!.!.place er under the broiler for 10 minutes and squeeze w/lemon!.

now, on to my extreme irritation w/peta!. They are all about not exploiting them in any way but they don't mind turning them into anthropomorphic drawings to sway children!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's really pathetic (your sea kittens)!. It looks like some weird cartoon my grandson watches!. I eat fish as often as I like!. I even own 6 fishing poles, a tackle box and a bass boat!.

My fav fish is Walleye, trout and salmon!. It's really hard to find the first two where I live, so I eat salmon a lot!. Salmon and shell fish when I can afford it!.

I either bake or grill it, depending on the weather!. It doesn't take much time, but oil and lemon are a must!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's one dumb name change!. They should teach anti industry dependence rather than fellow man turning on to stop corporate overfishing!. A shame!.

Catfish with buttermilk:

Lay three or four catfish fillets onto a pan of buttermilk and breaded with corn meal and egg lightly!. Bake seasoned with one tbsp!. chipotle powder over them, at three hundred until flaky!. Serve with jalape?o corn muffins!. Pour a mimosa and enjoy your late breakfast or brunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
