GARLIC HUMMUS
2 x 15 oz Garbanzo beans
2 Habaneros (pickled is ok, or jalapenos)
2-3 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Paprika
6 cloves Garlic, crushed (or more to taste)
2 Tbsp Olive oil (or more depending on consistency you like)
2-3 Tbsp Tahini
Dash salt
1!. Drain both cans of beans and put into a food processor
2!. Add Tahini, lemon juice and garlic, process
3!. While processing add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, more oil will make it smoother
4!. Refrigerate 2 or more hours
A couple roasted red peppers wouldn’t hurt this recipe!.
This makes a lot, you can halve the recipe!. Use on sandwiches, as a dip for veggies or crackersWww@FoodAQ@Com
