Im thinking of making prime rib..how can i tell when its done..i like it a little rare but not to uncooked?!

Spend 20 bucks and get a probe thermometer, 150F should be good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Meat thermometer around 150-155, will be med to rare!. Use some kind of a greek seasoning rub on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
honestly i dont think prime rib can be too rare, ohhh hooo it tastes so good!.!.!. if its warm it done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
