Ina Garten's Outrageous Brownies:

Ingredients

1 pound unsalted butter
1 pound plus 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, divided
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
6 extra-large eggs
3 tablespoons instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons real vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided (1 cup for batter and 1/4 cup in the chips and nuts)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups diced walnut pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Grease and flour a 13 by 18 by 1 1/2-inch sheet pan!.

Melt together the butter, 1 pound chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate on top of a double boiler!. Cool slightly!. Stir together the eggs, instant coffee, vanilla and sugar!. Stir in the warm chocolate mixture and cool to room temperature!.

Stir together 1 cup of the flour, baking powder and salt!. Add to cooled chocolate mixture!. Toss the walnuts and 12 ounces of chocolate chips with 1/4 cup flour to coat!. Then add to the chocolate batter!. Pour into prepared pan!.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tester just comes out clean!. Halfway through the baking, rap the pan against the oven shelf to allow air to escape from between the pan and the brownie dough!. Do not over-bake! Cool thoroughly, refrigerate well and cut into squares

Chocolate Caramel Brownies -- a lot of trouble but well worth it!!! Tried and true, delish!!


INGREDIENTS
14 ounces caramels
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 (18!.25 ounce) package German chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups milk chocolate chips



DIRECTIONS
Peel caramels and place in a microwave-safe bowl!. Stir in 1/2 cup evaporated milk!. Heat and stir until all caramels are melted!.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) Grease a 9x13 inch pan!.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melted butter, and chopped pecans!. Place 1/2 of the batter in prepared baking pan!.

Bake for 15 minutes!.

Place the remaining batter into the fridge!. Remove brownies from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top!. Drizzle caramel sauce over chocolate chips!. Remove brownie mix from refrigerator!. Using a teaspoon, make small balls with the batter and smash flat!. Very carefully, place on top of the Carmel sauce until the top is completely covered!.

Bake for an additional 20 minutes!. Remove and let cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely! It's my version of Baker's One Bowl Brownies!.

1/2 C cocoa
4-5 TB canola oil
3/4 C butter or margarine (I use Smart Balance margarine)

2 C white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 C flour

Preheat oven to 350 and spray Pam into a 13x9 brownie pan!.
In a microwaveable bowle, stir together the oil and cocoa til blended!. Add margarine and melt all together in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes!. Add the sugar to this, and stir in the eggs, incorporating after each!. Add vanilla, stirring well, and finally add the flour!. Incorporate this well with a wooden spoon!. Pour into brownie pan and bake 30 minutes!. YUM :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
