ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
not really !. when you cook chocolate fondant you get the outer crust & the soft gooey centre which will keep cooking with the residual heat so when it cools the centre will set !. if you were to then reheat it again it will be hard & not very digestible!.
you can buy moulds from any good cook-shop !. lakeland plastics have a very good website!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make your fondant mix and pour intoyour mold and then freeze them uncooked!. They cook well from frozen, just a matter of getting the timing right!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
