The Original Wing Sauce used at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY can be pretty much duplicated!. by using the following recipe!.
1 Gallon Frank's Hot Sauce
3 1/2 Pounds of melted butter!.
Melt the butter and add the Frank's Hot Sauce heat to 180 degrees and bottle in glass bottles!. NEVER COOK WING SAUCE IN AN ALUMINUM PAN!. The acid (Vinegar) in the sauce will leach out the aluminumm taste into your sauce and ruin it!. Always cook wing sauce in a non-reactive pan!. An example would be stainless steel or glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
