You could try the old standby, BBQ weenies!.!. use the smoked sausages and a sweet BBQ sauce!. Add about 1/4 cup grape jelly!. Can be made and kept in crock pot til serving time!.
Or if you wanna wow em, take stuffed mushrooms!. It sounds more difficult than it is!. Try browning a pound of sausage and then adding about 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce of your choice and some breadcrumbs!. (Make sure it's a thick pasty mixture!.) Take out the stems of nice plump mushrooms, and stuff with the sausage mixture!. Line stuffed mushrooms in pan and pour the remainder of the spaghetti sauce over all!. Bake til bubbly!. You can also add a sprinkle of Italian cheese just before they are done!. You can serve these at room temperature the next day, or warm them up!. Hope this helps a little! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
