A question about Polenta?!

Question: A question about Polenta!?
I want to try a particular cake recipe that requires easy-cook polenta!. Can only find ready-cooked polenta in my local supermarkets!. Never having used it before, I have no idea whether the ready-cooked stuff is okay, or where I might buy easy-cook instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The easy cook, also known, as instant is in the oatmeal, instant grits, cream of wheat section of your supermarket!. They definitely have it b/c even the not-so-great store here has it!. GOOD LUCK!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need the uncooked Polenta, look in the speciality aisles of your supermarket or where they display their dried pulses, cous cous etcWww@FoodAQ@Com
