What foods r healthy to eat if u want to lose wight?!
im having a hard time finding healthy foods to eat that will help me lose wight!. so if u know any good recipes tell me!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The key to loosing weight and staying healthy, is a balanced diet and moderation of portion sizes!. Vegetables help increase our metabolism and are high in anti-oxidants which fight of diseases and infections!. They are also high in fiber to aid in digestion!. Fruits work the same way!. To lower carbohydrates, (breads, potatoes, rice, etc) will help alot, but I would not stop eating them , just in smaller portions and maybe just one serving per meal!. Are bodies need these for long term energy!. Milk can help to loose weight in small amounts each day!.( low fat or skim) one or two servings!. I would stay away from sugar foods!. When using oils, stick to canola for cooking!. Steam veggies and try broiling or baking meats!. Always drink plenty of water!. sometimes drinking a glass before you eat will help decrease your appetite!. You should allow your self a special snack once in a while!. Eating late in the evening should be avoided!. It can add unwanted pounds!.
There are many cookbooks for low fat/low cal!. diets!. It is important not to starve yourself as in a short time your body will reject this idea and hold on to every cal!. for self preservation, and your weight lose will slow down dramatically!.
