Answers:
I bake them, just be sure to poke them a couple times with a fork so the fat can escape!. about 40 minutes at 350!., they brown nicely so no need to pan fryWww@FoodAQ@Com

Your broiler is an upside down grill:

Place your sausages on a broiling pan or other high-heat vessel and put them on the very bottom rack of your oven!. Turn your broiler on high and wait until the sausages are hissin' and spittin!. Move them at this point to the top rack - they should be 4-6 inches from the flame or burner!. Turn them frequently until they are browned nicely minding that they don't start to split!. If you see signs of splitting, move them farther down in the oven!.

The lower heat of the first phase melts the fat and saturates the sausage, the high heat of the second phase crisps them up beautifully!.

My family likes them baked in the oven with spaghetti sauce!. I just brown them in a skillet, and then put them into a dish with a jar of spaghetti sauce, and cook them that way for about an hour or so!. They come out very tender, and you can either eat them over pasta with the sauce, or make sandwiches on rolls!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bake mine in the oven put a little water in the bottom of a pan, add the sausage cover it with foil and put it in about 45 minutes take the foil off during the last ten minutes of cookingWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can slice it raw, then saute it, but that's in a skillet! LOL You can then use the cooked pieces of sausage in tomato sauce or on pizza or in a sub sandwich!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it is far better to grill (broil) in the oven on a rack in a pan!.
When you see the amount of fat that drips out, you will be stunned about how much you would have eaten!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My personal favorite is taken out of the casing and put on top of a piece of thin bread with tomato sauce and cheese and then baked at a very high temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can boil in beer and sliced onion!. Gives it a great flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can only think of the oven , slow cooker or crock pot!.
But i believe the grill or skillet would be betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

take off the chewy casing then chop it and add it to your favorite gumbo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
