Answers:
Here's the prob with this!.
It depends on the cut!.
If it's off a loin, then it's thin so you'd cook it
less!.
If it's off the leg, it's very wide so you'd have to cook it much longer!.
More info!?
What do you have there!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

omg!!!
OMG!!!
OMG!!!
OMG!!!
I read it where you said ''I am roasting it at 450'' but i glanced at it and i thought it said ''I am roasting a 450 pound pork roast''[ having a party!?!?!?]
But I looked at your question and it said 7 LBS!.
Wow!.!.!.!.!.!.

Im sorry!.
Ummmm i'd say 20 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i cook pork shoulder with bone in for about 6 hours at 250
if your just cooking the loin (no bone all white meat)
Continue cooking for about 50-80 minutes or until the meat registers 150Www@FoodAQ@Com

until the internal temperature reaches about 155-160 deg!. F!. It will be a little pink inside, it's fine!. Trichinosis, which is the reason our parent's always wanted grey pork, hasn't been seen (in the U!.S!. anyway) since the 1960s, not one case!. If you need fully cooked pork, leave it in until it reaches 170-180!.

At 250, that will take a while!. My suggestion is to keep it around 300!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if your crock pot is big enough, put it in that!. i do mine in the crock all the time especially in the summer to keep the heat in the kitchen down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For a roast that size, probably 5-6 hours!. I would also cover it with foil to keep it from over browning and keep it moist!. I also usually pour a bottle of amber beer in the pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I guess around 15 min ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

20 min per pound @ 425!. Cover w/ foil when it begins to start to brown!.

Have A Good DAY!!! :)

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook it until the internal temperature is 165 fWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would guess around 3 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
