Which is more sour? Canned Diced Tomatoes or Canned Tomato Puree? And what does Tomato Puree taste like?!
I was making pasta from canned diced tomatoes, it tasted good other than it was a bit sour!. I wondered, would tomato puree (not paste) have the exact taste but not as sour or is it the same thing other than the texture being different!? What about Canned stewed tomatoes or Canned Whole Tomatoes!?

It's not sour, it's acid from the maters!. Add a few tablespoons of milk and a few of brown sugar and you will reduce the acid in the sauce!.

well thats the acid in the tomato use a little suger and make sure you cook it long enough if its not cooked it will be sour tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
