Easy and GOOD baked pork chops?!
Anyone got any good easy and good pork chop recipes!? also, it's for a small family (2 adults and one toddler) who doesn't eat a lot of left overs!.
I always fry them (and to be honest, tend to over cook them), so I'm desperate need of a new way to make them!.
Thanks!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made this last Sunday and it turned out really well!.
It's sort of from a Jamie Oliver recipe!.
Seal and brown the chops a little in olive oil and butter!.
Then get a deepish baking tray and put about two roughly choped vine ripened tomatoes in it with a good amount of olive oil and balsamic vinager!.
Add three cloves of garlic and some fresh rosemary and oregano!.
Mix together and season then add the chops , covering them with the tomatoes!.
Put them in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until cooked!.
Serve with crust bread and potatoes of some sort!.
Tasty and no additives!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
