How do you make a nice quiche?!
Every time I make a quiche it is either too moist or too dry and fluffy!.
How can I make it perfect texture!?

BISQUICK QUICHE
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
? cup Bisquick
1 cup Cheese, shredded
1 cup Cooked meat, poultry or seafood
1 cup Cooked vegetables
1 med Onion, chopped and cooked in butter
Salt/Pepper
1!. In blender whirl eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper for 1 minute
2!. In a greased baking dish layer cheese, meat, onion and vegetables (cheese on bottom so it doesn’t all float to the top)
3!. Pour egg mixture over all (don’t worry if it doesn’t cover)
4!. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean
Suggestions:
Cooked shrimp, Munster cheese, pea pods
Bacon, Swiss cheese, broccoli
Chicken, Cheddar cheese, spinach
Taco meat, Jack cheese, green peppers
I’ve used leftover meatloaf cut in cubes, anything goes, use up the leftovers in the refrigerator

I have found that using cream or half&half rather than milk makes it very creamy---great smooth texture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
