What is the best non stick pan?!

Silverstone for everyday use but I enjoy my All Clad pans most of all!. Any higher end pan would be great!. The thing is with designer lables!.!.!.not necessarily better just more expensive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you have the money, go with All-Clad or ScanPan!. !. !. Their
nonstick isn't a "surface" as much as it's part of the actual
construction!. The majority of my cookware, nonstick and regular
is All-Clad!. You'll pay top $$ for it, but there's a reason!. The heat
distribution is excellent, and their pieces are extremely durable!.
Your best bet is to buy "open stock" and get one of the 10" nonstick
fry pan!.
If you're looking for value, check out Bialetti's stuff!. I tend to rely on
these a lot when teaching beginning cooks who aren't quite up to
cooking with high-end cookware!. You really can't go wrong for the
price - just remember that it doesn't hold up quite as well as the
more expensive stuff, so you'll end up replacing it!. Still, it's a good

a cast iron pan with a good seasoning is far better than any teflon coated non stick pan!. those coatings get scratched, must be cared for and can not handle being stacked in a cabnet without getting scratched!. cast iron seasoning can handle about anything you can throw at it including metal/steel utinsels like spoons spatulas and pot scrubbers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Without a doubt!.!.!.!.!.SCANPAN!.!.!.!.!.I will love my Scanpan forever!. You will pay the price for it!.!.!.but if used correctly it is the best on the market hands down!. You must heat the pan to hot then very lightly sprinkle oil in the pan, then add in meat, or whatever!. The pan will clean up so easy you won't believe it!.!.!.!.!.DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER!.!.!.!.!.!.That is the only drawback!. But I wash them up right away and have no problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
